How scouts earn
Scouting is not a salaried job. Scouts build an earning pool from the work they bring in: when a business you scouted goes on to raise successfully, you share in that success. Earnings take time to build. This suits people motivated by what they are building, not a payday this Friday.
How selection works
A short application, then a timed assessment taken in one sitting. The strongest candidates meet our team before any decision is made.
Before you start
- You sit the assessment once per application, alone, in one sitting of about 35 minutes. Each question is individually timed and you cannot go back.
- If you are not selected this time, you can apply again after a 3-month rest period. A re-application draws a fresh set of questions, so retaking is never a shortcut.
- You will need your Omang or passport number to apply; finalists upload a copy of the document itself.
- One application per person. Duplicate applications are detected and removed from consideration.
